Free Shipping

Eligibility: Orders being delivered to a US address are eligible for free shipping when you purchase two or more items at retail price. We determine the best shipping method based on your order’s size and weight.

For smaller items like:

Hemp Salve Topical Pain Relief 3000mgs, Or our Gummies: Each 60mgs each | Rest & Renew and Active Relief Daytime, we typically use bubble mailers—lightweight padded envelopes lined with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delays may extend beyond the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.

We kindly ask for your patience as packages make their way to you. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (listed below). While we strive to process orders on Saturdays when possible, we also value our weekends to spend time with family, friends, and nature.

Standard Coverage: Most carriers include minimal insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages during transit but do not cover theft or loss after a package is marked as “delivered.”
Porch Theft: Incidents of theft after delivery are generally excluded from carrier insurance policies, making it crucial to ensure safe delivery locations or secure receiving options.

Replacement Policy

If your package is:
Lost in Transit: We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will process a replacement for your order.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Unfortunately, carriers typically do not cover these incidents under their insurance. In such cases: You may need to contact local authorities or your carrier for further assistance.

Replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional documentation, such as a police report, to determine the next steps.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, with real-time rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding holidays and Saturdays). Most orders are handed over to USPS or UPS within 8 hours of placement—exceeding industry standards and setting a new benchmark for speed.

Estimated Delivery: USPS and UPS shipping times provided at checkout are generally reliable but not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons like the holidays. For urgent deliveries, consider expedited shipping options.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please note that tracking updates may take hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused or not accepted upon delivery, a refund will be issued once the package is returned to us, minus any shipping costs incurred. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the shipping label we paid will be deducted from the refund.
