At Thrive Vitality, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the following guidelines:

Refunds Refund Policy.

1. Returns on Unopened, Undamaged Products

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery for unopened and undamaged products.
  • Requirements: The product must be in its original packaging with no damage and all wrapping seals intact. Any packaging missing seals or showing signs of tampering will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Thrive Vitality will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible unopened product returns.
  • Legal : Any attempts to return fake, reduced, tapered, resealed, overheated product will not receive a refund, and Thrive Vitality will file a report to the proper authority’s, when appropriate .

2. Returns on Opened Products

  • Statement Required: If you are unhappy with an opened product, we first require a brief statement detailing why the product did not meet your expectations.
  • Store Credit for Partially Used Products: If the product has been used, yet less than 80% of it remains, you may be eligible for a store credit refund. Store credit will be issued at 50% of the full purchase price (before tax and shipping costs). Shipping and taxes will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all opened products. Thrive Vitality will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of undamaged products. In the case the product is returned damaged, no refund will be provided. If the damage is caused by the shipping carrier Thrive Vitality holds and acknowledges no wrong doing under US law. Once we ship the product the carrier is 100% responsible for safe delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Unopened Product Refunds: For unopened and undamaged products, qualified refunds determined by Thrive Vitality staff will then be issued via the original payment method. Thrive Vitality reserves the right to determine the method of refund transfer.
  • Opened Product Refunds: For eligible opened product returns (less than 80% used), a store credit refund could be issued at 50% of the purchase price when the return meets our requirements. Thrive Vitality reserves all rights to final decision on refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return package. Please note that the 5-day processing period begins once the return package is delivered to Thrive Vitality’s return address—not from the date of shipment.

4. Damaged Goods

  • Carrier Service Claims: In the event of damaged goods upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to first file a claim with the carrier service. Please contact Thrive Vitality only after filing the claim. As our first question will be “what is your claim number with the carrier?”
  • Required Evidence: To process a return or replacement for damaged goods, we require photos of the damaged product prior to final resolution.
  • Shipping Package Damage: Thrive Vitality is not responsible for damages that occur to the shipping package during transit. These issues must be addressed with the carrier.

5. Compliance and Disclaimers

  • Legal Restrictions on Returns: CBD regulations vary by state and country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the return of CBD products. Thrive Vitality cannot accept returns from locations where CBD is restricted or prohibited. We recommend checking your local regulations before attempting to return any products.
  • Health and Safety Restrictions: For health and safety reasons, Thrive Vitality cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products that do not meet the eligibility requirements for store credit. This policy is in place to ensure that all customers receive safe and uncontaminated products.
